Strategy

Knowing what to say and when to say it is an art.

Developing a comprehensive strategic communications plan—whether for a crisis, a merger, a change in leadership, or a global pandemic—requires considering not only what a leader will say, but also how, when, where they deliver it, and who is receiving the message.

For over thirty years, I’ve helped leaders genuinely communicate with employees, customers, and the community. By asking the right questions, staying calm under pressure, and employing a direct, consistently clear communication style, I have guided leaders through various communication challenges, both big and small.

Crisis

In a crisis, time isn't on your side; things escalate quickly, forcing leaders to play catch-up due to a lack of adequate planning and messaging. Leadership changes? Missed earnings? Mergers or acquisitions? Illegal actions by employees? Eroding public trust? You name a crisis, and I’ve probably communicated through it.

Being prepared is its own reward, and I can help plan for the expected and the unexpected.
